A Base Coat is the foundation to your structured manicure. This is a base layer applied to the nail before the gel polish colour, preventing the colour from soaking into the nail. You can see this as double-sided tape; it sticks to your nail and makes sure the gel polish manicure lasts. All our Base Coats are 100% HEMA-free. Base
The Base ensures optimal adhesion for many different nail types! Due to its thinner consistency it is very easy to use. The best result is achieved in combination with the Prep Booster.
Peel Base
The Peel Base is specially developed to change colour more frequently. This is the only Base Coat that will air dry (30 sec). With this under your gel polish colour, you can effortlessly remove your manicure like a sticker after 7 to 10 days. Do you want to make it more long-lasting? We recommend you apply the Rubber Base after. Please keep in mind that you can only use the Peel Base with a good prepping routine and our Prep Booster. Tip: you can buy the peel base in a set with the prep booster to save yourself some money!
Rubber Base
Our Rubber Base is known for being extra long-lasting. This Base Coat is water-resistant and has a high viscosity. For example, you can create a rounded shape to your nail surface if you want. The thicker consistency gives strength to weaker brittle nails. If your nails tend to break very easily, we recommend you to use this Base Coat. You will achieve the best result in combination with the Prep Booster!
Rubber Base Cover
The Rubber Base Cover has the same long-lasting and water-resistant formula as our well known Rubber Base but with a twist. This is a Base Coat with colour, a two-in-one product. Prep Booster, Rubber Base Cover, Top Coat, done! Our Rubber Base Cover is available in multiple shades. It is buildable, you can apply a second layer for more pigment.
Build it Base
The Build It Base strengthens the natural nail and is perfect for smoothing out minor imperfections or creating a subtle extension. It’s our take on BIAB – a term you might have heard of. Compared to Rubber Base, it’s slightly thicker and noticeably stronger, giving you more control when building and shaping. That extra thickness also means it comes with a smaller brush for precise application. Build It Base is, same as Rubber Base, available in both clear and coloured options.
